A deposit of 50% is required at the time of placing an order.

This deposit is non-refundable.

For orders less than £100, full payment is required at the time of ordering.

Any outstanding balance must be paid prior to goods being dispatched.

Please make cheques payable to Elizabeth Hayton. We also accept Paypal or direct transfer from your bank account - please e-mail for details.


Producing an order

We cannot begin any work until all paperwork e.g proofs, terms and conditons, have been received.

A timescale for production of an order will be advised upon accepting an order.

Once proofs have been received, checked and returned, the responsibility for accuracy rests with the client.

All names used for an order e.g. place cards, seating plans must be sent in typed form via e-mail or post to ensure correct spellings.



It is our policy not to make a profit from delivery costs; therefore delivery is charged at cost and will be added to the final invoice.

Delivery will require a signature.

No resposibility can be taken for loss or damage once an order has been dispatched.



All monies paid are non-refundable.

If work has started on an order and it is subsequently cancelled, payment must be made to cover the costs of any work that has been completed.



We cannot refund should too many of an item be ordered.

Seating plans, albums and guestbooks are bespoke items and have a strict no refund policy.


Handmade items

All our items are lovingly handcrafted and so are subject to slight variation. We believe this adds to the character of our stationery.


Data protection

No details obtained by us in relation to your order will be passed to any third agency for marketing purposes. We may ask that some items created for you may be used by us to publicise our work but this will not be done without your permission and will not contain personal details.
